Frances Marinaro, Administrator of the St. Cabrini Residence in Philadelphia, received the Sr. Josephine Tseui Award. The St. Cabrini Residence provides a home atmosphere for MSCs at different levels of retirement. Sisters have come from missions all over the world including France, England, Australia, Central America, as well as from various missions in the United States.

“We are extremely thankful to the unwavering support of so many that made this year’s Gala a rousing success,” said CMF Vice President of Development, Nick Vendikos. “Dr. Marvell Scott and Fran Marinaro were such deserving honorees for their tireless efforts and commitment to serving the underserved and marginalized.”

One only had to be in attendance to listen to this year’s honorees inspiring acceptance remarks to know that St. Frances Xavier Cabrini is alive in the hearts and minds of not only the Missionary Sisters, their lay and religious colleagues, and countless benefactors across the country.

“A special thank you must also be extended to our Board and Gala Committee for their tremendous work done on behalf of CMF,” Vendikos said.
